"Lovely and clean although noise from upstairs when staying on the ground floor was audible and seemingly unavoidable. That aside, it’s a cosy little spot that I would highly recommend as an affordable option to anyone looking to explore the Brecons. The information provided by the hosts on local amenities and things to do was thorough and very informative. All in all a solid stay."

"We had a fantastic stay at the butchers arms. They were very friendly and helpful. We had a problem with another hotel and Andrew and his team couldn’t do enough for us. What a lovely place to stay. "We booked a studio for two nights which was on 1/F and clean. A bottle of milk and some cakes were offered, which tasted good. We could park in the driveway or on the street. We visited the Four Waterfalls and hiked to the Pen y Fan along the horse shoe route, both spots were within 30 minutes of drive. Tesco and restaurants were just within a few minutes."
