"Staff were excellent very helpful and very friendly. Room was lovely , shower smelled strongly of bleach. By day 2 drain on shower was very smelly this is probably why it had been bleached. Bed was very comfortable and room had good amenities micro wave, fridge , safe, nice selection of teas etc. breakfast was a bit disappointing we booked in for 9am food was cold and some items overcooked . We would consider visiting again"

The staff were amazing, they were helpful, professional and very friendly, nothing was too much trouble for them. Everyone from the cleaning staff to the Manager couldn't have been more kind, they made you feel at home. Fabulous place to stay"

"Direkt am Bahnhof gelegen ist dieses Moderne Hotel. Interesannter Aspekt ist das man direkt auch Zugang zu einer Shoppingmall hat die bei schlechten Wetter eine gute Indoormöglichkeit hat sich zu verweilen. Das Hotelzimmer war sehr Bequem und das Bett ausgezeichnet. Due Servicecrew reinigte es jeden Tag. Kann ich gar Aberdeen sehr empfehlen!"

"Geoff was a great host on site if needed. The apartment was equipped with everything that you need utensils towels etc, the beds were really comfortable. A lovely quiet, quaint place with lovely views of the golf course, would highly recommend."

"Das Zimmer war absolut sauber und schön. Im Bad gibt es teilweise Schimmel an den Fugen in der Dusche, was wir aber nicht sonderlich tragisch fanden. Ansonsten war die Sauberkeit nämlich perfekt. Das Bett und die Kissen waren unglaublich gemütlich. Ich hab geschlafen wie ein Baby. Obwohl die Zimmer direkt über dem dazugehörigen Pub liegen, hat uns der Geräuschpegel gar nicht gestört. "The bed was rock hard, so if you need to sleep on something VERY firm, you’ll like that. Also, the hot water button for my shower kept popping back up, resulting in spurts of cold water while showering, which was just annoying. Great water pressure though. Staff were warm and helpful. The location is very central to a lot of the sights."

"The check in process took us 3 hours in total. We were not sent the check in instructions and when we tried to call the number listed there was no one connected. After waiting 2.5 hours someone connected and when we managed to talk to her she then couldn’t get the lockbox code which took another 30 minutes "
