"Everything about this experience was so unique and warm. It made our stay in Stonehaven so memorable! Everything is so clean.
The room even came with a fan which my husband relies on at home.
The kitchen is well equipped to cook your food if needed and the option to use the clothes washer was a huge bonus.
Breakfast options were plenty and the coffee machine was exactly what I needed!"

"Best kept secret in Scotland. Karolyn and Chris were fantastic hosts. We spent 1 night here but wish we had spent the other 9 nights here as well. Beautiful property and most comfortable bedding I’ve had outside my own home (including 4-star hotels).
The breakfast was 5-star worthy. Worth the lodging price alone!!
I told them they should charge more - I will figure out how to tip them…"

"The advertising was very misleading. Expected a B&B with breakfast. When we arrived there was a note on a desk explaining the 2 plastic wrapped croissants and open items in the fridge were the breakfast. Room had a musty smell, bed and pillows are in need of replacement."

"Host was extremely rude. We were trying to enter the building with provided code and the door would not open. We called for assistance and she yelled at us that we were not pushing the door. No offense but one should not have to use your shoulder with force to open a door. Bathroom was covered in mold, hallway & room has strong chemical odor, pillows were of questionable quality & cleanliness. "What a great host Angela was. We felt welcomed from the time we arrived. Our room was very clean and everything that was promised. The cliff trail was stunning and most needed after a long drive. The only issue I had was a lack of hot water when I showered. However, after breakfast it was fine."
