"Loved the Victorian style house, large room with updated bathroom. The TV remote didn’t seem to be working, maybe just requires batteries. We found the blanket too heavy, I would recommend adding a thinner blanket for summer months."

"The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. Karolyn and Chris provided everything we could need. They gave us great advice on special places of interest. We enjoyed 2 evenings sitting by a roaring fire in the visitors lounge, and 2 mornings of excellent food with a wide choice. The house is historic and oozes charm and comfort."

"We arrived late after dinner in Gino’s a nice little Italian restaurant in Stonehaven. Michelle got us acquainted and quickly checked in leaving us a nice homemade tasty chocolate treat which went great with our early morning coffee. David “Bend it like Beckham” (kidding) greeted us for breakfast leaving a plate of Scottish Pancakes that brought back fond childhood memories. Breakfast was superb. "I had no idea what to expect after paying roughly £35. Insanely fast WiFi, comfortable bed, very quiet. The only thing I wished that they had was access to a larger sink to fill my water up with before I left in the morning, but overall a great stay and I would happily return."
