The building was definitely a 200 year old building (lots of stairs), as it should be in that neighborhood. More attention could be paid to some of the minor items (sinks, kitchen appliances, bedside lamps, etc.). Nothing that a serious walk thru wouldn't take care of. "The area surrounding the hotel is less than desirable, the area appears to be in the process of being redeveloped but it’s far from getting there. There were no services, groceries, liquor store, restaurants or any kind of stores close. I walked a mile round trip to get coffee in the morning. Speaking of coffee, We stayed 2 nights and they furnished us with one packet of coffee, no creamer and no refill the second day. There were no services of any kind, no fresh towels, no nothing!
