Regarding the situation at reception, we inform you that the check-in was carried out in advance and that the rooms were immediately provided. Regarding the buffet, it was a women's day buffet and they were asked at check-in if they intended to enjoy it, which we were told no. Despite the negative response on your part, all the perks of women's day were offered, including drinks.
