"Das Frühstück war nicht wirklich gut, kein Kaffeeautomat, nur wässriger Kaffee aus der Kanne z.B., aber das Personal hat alles unternommen, um uns entgegenzukommen und uns immer Cappuccinos von der Hotelbar gebracht. Vielen Dank. Das ganze Personal und der Service sind hervorragend. Der Pool ist sehr groß, gut zum schwimmen. Die Saunas sind leider separat."

"Everything was a welcoming atmosphere helpful staff and a wonderful location in the city center."

"Great staff and hotel!"

"Great hotel for exploring Baku. Front desk staff were really helpful and provided a complimentary upgrade. Great choice at the buffet breakfast and a wonderful view of Baku from the room. Would definitely stay again next time we are in Baku"

"4 gece konakladık, çalışanlar çok güleryüzlü ve yardımcıydılar. Otel odamız tertemiz ve ferahtı, tekrardan geliceksek kesinlikle yine tercihimiz olur🙏"

"We stayed at this hotel for 5 nights and had a great experience. The staff were very friendly, the rooms were clean, and the breakfast was excellent. The cook, Nargiz, was amazing and very hospitable. She was always checking around to make sure everything was going well and that everyone was happy. We truly loved our experience and will definitely visit this hotel again! Highly recommended."

"Staff was helpful and welcoming breakfast was good with a lot of choices and some local food"

"Iconic hotel with good food options which is helpful given that the hotel is at the top of a hill not close to lots of restaurants. Helpful and friendly staff."
