"The hotel is in good overall condition, and the service at the restaurant during dinner was superb. I would especially like to recognize the red-haired lady who worked on the evening of Monday, 09/28/26. She was absolutely wonderful and provided excellent service. I hope the manager can share our comments and appreciation with her (guests from Miami). The hotel’s location is something to consider. I would not recommend it for guests who want to be in the center or within walking distance of the...

"This hotel is conveniently located to walk to main places. The area was safe and we did not hear street noises. Beds are very confortable and bed linen and towels in good condition. The personnel, in particular Enora, is super helpful and responsive to requests. The room was quiet, well lit and ventilated, although, a bit tight in space. The bathroom well lit with a good shower and towel hooks. Overall, a pleasant place to stay."

"The room was lovely, with a very comfortable bed. The hotel was well located on one of the main streets. Although it is in the more modern part of the city, there are excellent transport links - a bus stop right outside, a metro station nearby, as well as the tram. Having said that, if you don't mind walking, most places of interest are walkable. The staff at the front desk were always friendly and helpful."

"Lovely pension in the old city! Fantastic location for walking around, right in the middle of everything, a charming little balcony, and the room was still super quiet when the window was closed. Brand new and lovely renovations, a towel warmer(!!), nice shower with great water pressure, mini fridge and small coffee maker.
Additional appreciation for the lovely reception staff person who kindly answered all my questions and helped me find things I was looking for even on Sunday when everything...
