"In disbelief I never received a code to the apartment. I tried to call several times. They never answered Orbitz as well. On top of that it was Mardi Gras weekend and couldn’t find a hotel til we got past Beaumont. I’m appalled how everything was handled. I need a refund. I’ve been a loyal customer for around 20 years . "This property is not as advertised. The listing states a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom- entire apartment. However, this is 1 bedroom in a shared house. Me and my husband did not stay here, and we’re not refunded even though I expressed false advertisement. "
