"Great kitchen with all appliances but also staples like flour and other supplies for use in cooking/baking. I liked the windowless bedroom, cabinets were plentiful and well-stocked in kitchen, everything was very clean and enough towels. Toilet worked better when I poured additional water into tank. First time stay at place with no front desk. Remote person could have better explained timing of providing needed entry code. Only complaint."

"After I checked into this apartment I found out that I was sharing it with a stranger! However the description of the apartment on Expedia clearly states that when you book this apartment you have it all to yourself. False advertising!"

The hosts were very helpful and thoughtful and accommodating of our small dog, the space was very comfortable and roomy, and the grounds were absolutely lovely. It was situated conveniently close to all we needed, but we felt like we stepped into history. We will definitely stay in this lovely home again."

"Old, state of disrepair. Description of property is a lie. Set up like a boarding house, not a private apartment with a private bathroom. Other people staying there when I arrived. Internet did not work. When I contacted them through Expedia they stated that they would give me a full refund and I did receive a full refund without any hassle. "

On top of that it was Mardi Gras weekend and couldn’t find a hotel til we got past Beaumont. I’m appalled how everything was handled. I need a refund. I’ve been a loyal customer for around 20 years . The apartment was so misleading with the cute pictures. You should see the neighborhood. The yard was covered in cigarette butts and the trash can was overflowing. I need a...
