"Typical"

"Stayed for 6 days, hotel did not want to provide towels. They book me 3rs floor said if I wanted towels I’d have to bring my own dirty towels & their elevator didn’t work half days I was there - then can ONLY get 2 clean towels. Clean towels had bunch dirty hairs was gross. Never again especially for that price"

"Rooms were clean and the staff was friendly. I didn't like being approached as I was trying to leave after checking out by people from the street, sweating and wanting me to give them a ride. That made me feel a bit unsafe, and it was right outside the lobby where I checked out. I did raise a concern that some people were walking up, when I was checking out."

"The hotel and the grounds were nicely kept. I used the gym and it had everything I needed. The breakfast choices were simple but hit the spot. Bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean. The shower could use a little help though. All in all, the hotel, its staff, and the amenities were great for the price."

"Staff was rude and room smelled of mold and had parts falling off. Tv didn’t even work well."

"I have always wanted to stay at The Hotel Bentley and finally had a chance. The lobby is beautiful, the restoration makes you feel as if you stepped back in time. The restaurant and the room that I stayed in, not so much. It's obvious where money was and wasn't spent. The check-in was great and the food in the restaurant was so good! I would definitely eat there again when I'm in town, just wished that the restaurant "felt" like 1908, definitely a missed design opportunity!"

"The staff was amazing all for the manager who was rude and clearly did not care about her guest or their stay. There was old furniture and junk all over the pool area. Advertised as an indoor pool and it was outside but covered."

"No hot tub Negatives: 1st room had a broken door knob. Then, we were moved, and had to have the key cards rescanned 3 times to get one that worked. Pool was nasty. Positives: room was clean, staff were nice, and breakfast was great."

"We got a suite and it was beautiful. We didn't know the fridge was gonna be a full size that was a nice surprise. And the kitchen sinks bigger then mine. Plenty of room for the 5 of us (nephews staying for the summer). Only con was the bathroom has a barn door style and we would of liked a little more privacy. But the room divider curtain was a nice touch."

"The staff were great and friendly. The room we had was horrible. There needs to be more upgrades and at least more cleaning in the rooms. My bathroom had wallpaper peeling off and rust and mildew in the bathroom. The carpet was wet. The ceiling had a water patch (if that’s the way you say it)."

"Needed a room after booking 2 others and no rooms available. Quiet, clean enough and slept well."
