They need to change their "standard" view description to "no" view or "blocked" view. We were given room 408 that opened up to a dark wall & littered ledge. Room was also vary dated. Would not be staying there again.

The hotel was clean and quiet. Lloyd on the front desk was fantastic. Very polite and professional. He arranged extra amenities in the room. All the mattresses need to be replaced. They are thin and completely worn out. The entire sofa bed needs to be replaced. Spent too much money to not be able to sleep comfortably. Everything else was perfect. It was very clean!
