Coffee delivered every morning to our balcony so we could watch and listen to the animals, a great breakfast prepared every morning, and a night hike that we really enjoyed. The staff was incredibly helpful in booking excursions which were so fun. We took a day trip with Juan Carlos and saw so many things in a day that would have taken us 3 days otherwise. We 100% recommend to stay here. "

"We loved the pools! Our girls had a great time on the water slides and we really liked how family friendly it is. Rooms are a bit dated but fine. Initially the property feels too big and spread out but after we got the lay of the land, we really liked it. We explored the lake by the lookout and it was lovely! The men renting kayaks and paddle boards were very sweet and we enjoyed talking to them and hearing about the history of Los Lagos. "

"Don't hesitate,this place is amazing. We stayed in the 3 bed/3bath villa with a private pool. The pool was heated and so warm that we stayed in it for hours. The sunset view can't be beat better than any ocean view we've had. There were many different birds all day long. The beds were comfortable and there was so much room. "Clean rooms and friendly staff. La Fortuna is about a 30 min drive. The friendly (Giovanni and Louis) make the drive worth it. We were able to spot sloth from the facility (guess we were lucky). I would definitely recommend it if you are on a budget. "

"Parking in the street is sketchy. I would highly recommend knowing how to speak Spanish if you are staying here. Not a lot of surrounding restaurants. Staff are very helpful, AC works well, pool is great, community hotel vibe with updated rooms. Power went out twice, but they had a company fixing it there immediately. Hotel parking is tricky-but eventually worked out. Go early for breakfast-avoid the rush. "
