"We loved our stay here! Communication was excellent. Our host met us outside the hotel and helped carry in our luggage. He walked us through the room and all of our amenities. He provided water for us daily. He checked in with us to make sure everything was ok and he was always available to answer questions. Our location was perfect. Our room was large with plenty of room for three! We would stay here again!"

"This property is in an excellent location, steps away from the metro and shops/restaurants and cafes are all walkable. Although it faces into a busy square, the windows are soundproof and we weren’t bothered on a Saturday night with lots going on. The bedding is luxurious, and the room was spacious and impeccably clean. It was a perfect spot to stay for a night before hopping on the ferry to the coast. Will recommend to our friends and family! "I arrived there late in the evening by taxi, I was shocked when I pulled up outside. I told the taxi this couldn’t be , there was no signage and it was in an alley. I tried calling the number and they didn’t speak English. About 45 minutes later someone showed up opened the panel and the wall so we could go in there was laundry hanging from the windows, broken windows and trash everywhere. "Great location and a wonderful host Antonella was incredibly welcoming and truly made the place feel special. Unfortunately, the stay was let down by a few key points. The mattress was very uncomfortable, and we had one of the worst nights of sleep. The breakfast arrangement at a nearby café was also disappointing, as there was an unpleasant smell lingering from the night before. A small touch like providing water on arrival would have been appreciated, especially as only a minibar was...

"The property is close to the National Archeological Museum, an Italian jewel; however, the neighborhood is rundown - unlike Domus itself, which is kept very clean with an upbeat white glow throughout. Breakfast is in a small room served by the wife or the owner, both very amiable. "
