"Quite unique property on Piazza Dante. Great hotel for historic district - walkable to so many restaurants, bars and shopping. Busy and sometimes noisy city but the noise is blocked out in each room. Be sure to look at photos before arriving so that you know which door to enter as it is marked only by a small sign. Has elevator. Breakfast each morning is wonderful. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend. "

"Wow! This property is a gem! The staff is friendly, accommodating, and wonderful with communication. Our suite was spacious, comfortable and clean. Breakfast was delicious with great coffee and many options including pastries,eggs, yogurt and fruit. The hotel is located in a congested area with limited vehicle accessibility but staff helped us with our arrival. "We had a very nice stay at Apartamento Annunziata. The location is super - close to shopping in Via Toledo and Centro Storico. The metro station in Via Toledo is also close, which made it easy to get to Piazza Garibaldi/central station (and onward to Pompeii). The Bed and Breakfast isn't very noticeable on street level, but once you get to the 5th floor and above, you have a lovely view of the city. The terrace on the 7th floor, where we had breakfast, is very nice. We will select this place if...

"Beautiful room, quiet, sparkling clean. Located right at Spaccanapoli and San Gregorio Ameno with great shopping. Many activities and tours located close by such as Underground Naples and pizza classes. Lots of dining choices. Staff immediately responsive via text to questions or concerns. Great stay and would definitely stay there again!"
