Chalets in Accra Region

"Very Disappointed!! Stayed at Best Western for 3 days. Upon arriving and being shown the standard room we booked, I was ready to immediately book at a diff hotel. The room smelled of roach spray and was VERY Dimly lit. Since we arrived late, the chances of that were slim. So, we asked for an upgrade. The premium room looked better (no smell) but this room was also VERY dated and cleary not being maintained. On second day, we saw a few roaches and little flies in the bathroom tub. The safe did not work and they did not have someone address it until our last day. The refrigerator had a lock on it??? The hallways on floors above lobby were VERY dimly lit. Carpet was quite old, dust was in corners of floor and walls in the room. Before travelling, I always do research on interested hotels. I even do a google earth search to see recent views of property & streets....I could find nothing on this hotel. Should have known something since this is the only hotel where I couldn't find this info. BEWARE-Do not believe the pictures on website. They clearly were taken shortly after hotel opening in 2010. The hotel is quite rundown. The lobby, restaurant and pool area looks decent but that's it. I will say - most of the staff were very pleasant BUT I WOULD DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!"

"I was met at airport by Nicholas at 5:30 am to transport me to the hotel. Check in was seamless. The accommodation met my needs and the location was very convenient. The front desk was very responsive to my request during my stay. Nicholas was there at 2 am the morning that I checked to ensure I was at the airport in time for my early flight home. Excellent accommodation for my stay in Ghana."

"This was my second stay at the Signature Apartment, and overall it was a much better experience. I booked a one-bedroom unit this time, which was a significant improvement over the studio. The space felt more comfortable and, in my view, was worth the price. However, I had planned to extend my stay, but the unit was already booked. The host assured me they would find an alternative option the next morning, but I never received any follow-up. It has now been three weeks with no communication. Making promises without any effort to follow through or even provide an update is disappointing. It left me feeling that verbal assurances here are not reliable."

"When they said number one. It is a vibe. Stayed for 6 days in Accra from dining to touring it made my first time to Ghana a fond memorie. The breakfast is great and the service. From the pool service to the bellman. Front desk ladies are on point. The rooms are elegant and comfortable. The take away is Derrick our lead butler /concierge made great recommendations to The best and pirctureesque venues. Looking for modern and professional service .book with them. We will back to try their other properties in Ghana."
