"We have stayed in gretocel lux me in crete twice and we booked this based on what we had experienced in crete and this was not the greatest experience. Our room was not what you see in the pictures we were a million miles away from the childrens pool, we asked to change rooms as it wasnt based on what they had advertised for a family apartment with balcony. The room was very run down and the lift we could just about get a pram into it. My eldest daughter got food posioning and the shower flooded...
