"From our late arrival at almost midnight because of flight delays we were met by a very warm and welcoming lady at the front desk. She facilitated our check in so we could rest soonest. We really appreciated that. Our room was very comfortable and spacious. Bathroom very clean! "The room temperature has to be controlled from the front office . The room temperature was up and down whole stay. Even though we to call the front office couple times per day, the room temperature was up and down and not comfortable. The environment was cozy and calm."

"The pick up instructions were far from clear but we got there eventually. The driver was very friendly and informative about places to eat near and including the hotel. We had a late flight and were given an extra hour before we had to check out which was great. Having a washing basket was a great and well thought out extra. Having a washing machine and dryer was one of the deciding factors in choosing the hotel. Close to bus stop for access to train station very helpful"

Upon checking in and confirming at the desk It would be 2 queen's and a pullout I got to the room where there was only 2 queen beds no pullout. "We had a good stay! We came to see a Cubs game, it’s only about 30-40 minutes from Wrigley Field depending on traffic. Really easy check in and out. Decent breakfast in the morning too."
