"Breakfast was very nice, staff were polite, helpful and considerate. Rooms were clean and comfortable! (Bathroom extractor fans is a must so smell is not taken into the bedroom areas).
We as a family enjoyed every single bit of the hotel. And took advantage of everything that was included for us. Anything we had to pay for was not too expensive as well, the staff made everything run smoothly.
The hotel smells nice and in all rooms they have a fantastic smells of free shampoo/ conditioner/ body wash and hand wash. (I wish they could sell it! I would buy it! )
The ONLY the thing that brings the hotel down is not having an outdoor pool.
And this part of where Divan Hotel is in Mersin it doesn’t have a beach. You have to drive at least 1/2 hour to get to a nice beach. Anything close is dirty and smells like sewing water. So the council really does need to sort it out. BUT has nothing to do with the hotel.
