"The hotel shuttle service is very bad. I waited more than 40 min. The shuttle drove by without stopping at the terminal because it is full. There seems to be one shuttle in service. The shuttle service is outsourced to the parking company next to the hotel. Do not recommend this hotel if you need a shuttle pick up at the LAX airport."

"Ramon (FRONT DESK) Staff gave me a lower grade room because he said ALOUD that the entire lobby area could hear that and I quote “because you brought your room on a THIRD PARTY WEBSITE “I can give you a high floor room, only something on 4th floor“- this was unacceptable, unprofessional, disrespectful and discriminatory behavior.
As a Travel Agent and Boyant member and have spent hundreds of dollars on Marriott hotel brands and have never been disappointed with the way he presented himself...

"Nice beds and appreciate the staff letting us check in a few hours earlier than 3 PM which was very helpful as we had been up 30+ hours with our flights. Also appreciate the shuttle getting us to and from the airport. The room needs better electrical outlets as the only one we could charge our devices on was the outlet in the bathroom."

"We stayed in room 911. Based on the Floorplan of the floor, it is the smallest room on the floor plate. It was disappointing that even though we were Expedia VIP Platinum status we were offered the smallest room. However, Trey at the front desk was helpful, and it was only two-nights. The hotel was convenient to the airport and has a free shuttle, the pool and gym were adequate. We would return if we needed something close to LAX. Thank you."

"The stay was wonderful until being awoken at 6:30 am Saturday morning from a hotel staff member power washing the bricks in the front driveway. My room was on the second floor and was just above where the power washing was occurring. Why the drive needed to be cleaned on a Saturday morning when the hotel was full of people and not done on a day when the hotel wasn't as full - say a Monday or Tuesday morning.
If you stay at this hotel, make sure your room is nowhere near the front driveway...

Lobby does not look clean, furniture needs to be replaced.
Sink in rooms are outside of the washroom.
If you are sharing room with other people, why would you want them seeing you brush your teeth, washing your face or personal grooming?
I will never stay or recommend this place."
