"Property seemed on the older side although the rooms seemed partially updated except the bathroom. Bed was clean. No complimentary breakfast which seemed odd for that style of hotel. They charge $15 per vehicle per night which seemed ridiculous for a 3-star hotel in the suburbs"

"The door lock and key system was down and we had to wait twice to have someone to open the door for us.. The night stand dreamers don’t stay closed. They slide out. This could be a safety issue. I don’t see why something like that would be ignored by the hotel. The bathroom sink drain has a missing drain plug. If someone loses a jewelry it would go down the drain. Why is left without fixing? The breakfast was good and the employees are patient and helpful. The administration seems to be hands off for a hotel at a key locations with the potential to thrive. Good Luck."

"I got charged and I wasn’t even there they didn’t let me Check in ealier then normal time"

"Hotel is being renovated and construction dust everywhere. Reserved jacuzzi room and it was out of order. No towels and instead of bringing towels they moved us to another room. So tired of walking long long hallways. Breakfast buffet was very limited with no fruit, plates, breads or muffins. Had to get front desk staff to provide food replacements for 9 people at 8am the 1st morning and 5 people at 7:30 the 2nd morning."

There is a woman that works at the front desk, who is absolutely a sweetheart and helped me get into the right room however there is a man that hung up on me when I called him to let him know that we needed towels in our room, which I find absolutely disrespectful and unprofessional coming from a representative of a. hotel chain in one of the best areas in Dallas, which is Addison. I called him back because I knew that he was rude, and I can just tell in the tone of his voice that he was annoyed by such a simple request as wanting two towels and two washcloths. I don't know if I will be staying here again. The rooms are great and you definitely get what you pay for, but this customer service has to change. If you're going to come to America, you need to adopt a more. respectful attitude."
