"Location was good, room was clean and also peaceful."

"Booked a triple room for myself and a couple of mates for a weekend. The room was in the basement, and to be honest, I thought the door to the stairs was for a cupboard! Despite that,the room wasn't cramped at all, in fact it was bright and airy, very nice. A good sized shower, bottles of water for us, and earplugs too, but those weren't needed! "The room was decent, clean and had useful amenities like toiletries and towels. The staff also kept in constant communication over text and I thought the e-guide was very helpful. However, the place was expensive for what it was and our room was showing signs of wear and tear. The bathroom knob was very loose, the lino of the bathroom floor was coming up, there were holes in the ceiling, some stuffed with tissue and the toilet seat was almost falling off. "This property has a great location, at a reasonable price. My room was at the very top of the house, in the eves, so a sloping ceiling. It has an en suite shower room. Room was clean but could do with an update. Good coffee/tea making facilities with kettle, microwave and mini fridge, as well as lots of snacks provided."
