"Way overpriced for what it was. Was fairly dirty. Sheets were stained, carpets stained, rugs were gross, everything smelled funny /musty. Walls were so thin I heard my neighbors all night (, not necessarily hotels fault). Just dissapointed in how dirty and run down everything was for that kind of price. Windows /doors looked like they Handnt been cleaned in awhile. Location is about all it has going for it. "

"Overall the hotel was dated. The carpets had stains, the couch was torn and the tv was broken. Not the best experience. The staff was helpful but when I advised about the tv being broken she offered to move me to a different room problem is that it was 9:30 pm and she was there by herself and couldn’t address it. "

"Dirty bathroom floor and tub. Big roach/ beetle type bug ran across the floor when we first arrived. Very noisy between slamming doors and the non-stop airplanes going overhead. Disappointed because Holiday Inn Express was always our go to choice. Never had a bad experience until this one."

"Mold in the bathroom, King mattress was so soft it sank 5-6 inches when you sat on it. Ice machine broken on our floor but no sign. When asked where amenities were staff seemed unsure. Package delivered to hotel, asked to be called when came in. Never got call. Had to stop down and check. What is funny is we had stayed 10 days earlier and it had been wonderful, great room (different floor, clean, from bed) staff knowledgeable. It is like the hotel was sold and restaffed in that short time."

"I felt very comfortable. The room was clean. The room had a mid size refrigerator, sink, microwave, and stove. I enjoyed my stay. "

"The website stated that airport transportation was available. When I contacted the property prior to my stay, I was told that it was not provided. This was disappointing since I often choose where to stay based on airport transportation. "

"We stayed for one night before our cruise. The lasy who met us at the door was awesome! Its really quiet. Store and bar are walking distance about 10 to 15 minutes. "

"This hotel ia a nice gem especially during Yankee training season. Staff is excellent and every area is spotless. Free breakfast is delicious and plentiful"

"I had a late check in and it took a little longer than expected to get through that process however the rep at the front desk went above and beyond to help despite the late hour. The room was very nice, however, the bathroom showerhead was broken. Breakfast was okay I’m a big fan of a wafflemaker"
