"Basic customer service should be the priority of the hotel, which is lacking, the front desk is not approachable nor even help with the concerns of guests. This property only focusing on what and how much they can profit, glass windows and washrooms are not clean and sanitized properly. "Property was clean, very clean. There was a small hole in the corner of the bathroom. Several bugs came into the room over the time we were there. I plugged the hole with some tissue.
We changed rooms. The staff was most accommodating.
I asked Expedia for a discount on the room. Tough to sleep when you think bugs are in the room."
