"Property is located on the beach, and that’s a huge plus. Rooms are clean, and the staff was pleasant to deal with. I met fellow travelers that book the same room on the same weeks for many years in a row, and that should tell you something."

"The room was very comfortable and clean. The manager that was on site was not helpful. She did not know where the ice machine was, we locked ourselves out of our room and there was no one on site with a master key. Someone had to go to the Pelham main property to get us a key to let us in our room. Also, We had brought our own martini glasses and they were taken out of our room by housekeeping. These were four new glasses that I had bought specifically for our trip and we did not get them back....

"Good location, good staff, room very small, may be 100 yrs old property, tub bath is antique, dangerous to climb for old people, plumbing very old, don’t good for people who has back and knees problems..!!!"

"Upon arriving, we were greeted kindly by kind gentleman of the staff who told us how they newly renovated the property over the winter and opened in May. He escorted us to our room and showed us how to key into the room with our unique door code; no room keys to lose here. The room was clean and comfortable. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided in the shower. Makeup wipes by the sink. Coffee maker on the desk. Water in the fridge and a microwave. Something they could add is a bag rack or...

"The room is clean and the staff is very kind! My kids have a lot of fun in the outdoor pool, the pool is clean. The room clean service is very great!"

"We loved our stay! We are new to the Cape and did not know that many of the beaches cost money to park and go to. Therefore, having direct beach access and chairs/umbrellas was amazing. I will mention they do not provide beach towels, however, which is important to know for planning. The food/drink options were also very convenient and Dennis Port is a great, central location."

"Updated, spacious, easily accessed. Has a pool. Adequate parking. The continental breakfast ran out of eggs. The towels are thin and outdated. Otherwise all else was comfortable and good. "
