"We have a very pleasant experience at this hotel. From the moment we arrived to our checked out the staff was very kind and friendly. Our room was amazing very clean and comfortable. Also, the shuttle service was very convenient to ride to the airport. We are very happy. We recommend it a hundred percent if you need a stay close to the airport."

It’s a close walk to the free airport shuttles. No need to pay the crazy shuttle prices advertised in the lobby. Free welcome drink was nice."

They remade beds and changed towels but I wondered whether they ever vacuumed the floor and checked stocked items like coffees, teas, cups and toilette papers and paper towels."

"I would highly not recommend this place!! My stay was extremely disappointing. I stayed from June 25–30, 2026, and housekeeping never cleaned my room or restocked basic supplies. I ran out of toilet paper and went to the front desk for help, but the staff gave me the runaround and never provided any. On top of that, there appeared to be a bed bug issue, the AC barely worked, and the overall condition of the hotel and its amenities was far below what I expected. This was one of the worst hotel...
