"Everything was great. Rooms were spacious and clean, beds were comfortable, and the staff was courteous and helpful. Other than too far from the Paris I have no complaints and would stay there again."

"The air conditioning wasn't working properly, and the staff didn't help us fix our request. The receptionist (on the night shift) said we didn't have air conditioning because all the guests were using it (?!). Breakfast is the only reason I'm giving it the stars."

"L'accueil est excellent et un très bon service à la clientèle mais les chambres sont à rénover. La chambre où nous étions sentait l'humidité et il y avait des traces de moisissures du côté des fenêtres. Le canapé-lit n'en est pas vraiment un c'est plus un petit lit d'appoint ce qui fut un inconvénient pour faire dormir mon enfant. Sinon le reste était acceptable."

"The Expedia description of where the airport shuttle pick-up location is different than what the hotel thankfully emailed us. The AC stopped working unfortunately during the heatwave but the hotel fortunately gave us a fan. The food at the restaurant was delicious. The hotel staff were friendly, polite and helpful."

"during check in, staff did not return my passport, had to return to front desk to retrieve. instead of explaining info about hotel shuttle, instructed me to download app, not helpful. i requested taxi for 6 am pick up the following morning, no taxi. i asked morning staff to re order taxi, still no taxi as we waited. i ended up ordering an uber to take us to airport. no telephone is room. wake up call consisted of staff knocking at our door. would not recommend hotel"

"This hotel was perfect as our flight into Paris landed at late at night. It is really close to the airport and less than a 5 min walk to the closest train station to get into the centre of Paris easily the next day. It was clean, well maintained and had good aircon!!"

"The place is reasonably priced. My primary complaint is that my room’s air conditioner did not work. They were supposedly booked and could not provide another room. The did provide one of the many fans they have as a solution. Unfortunately, hot air with fans congest me. No refrigerator in the room. It was not too difficult to survive for one night."

"We stayed at this hotel because our flight was very early the next day. Staff was great, our room was very clean. The beds were very comfortable. We traveled with our 12 and 15 year old kids, we really like that they offered the option of a Queen bed and a double bed so everyone had enough room without needing an extra room."

"Camera pulita, usando la tripla come singola ci si sta decentemente. Se ci dormissero 3 persone, non ci sarebbe spazio neanche per stare in piedi. Struttura brutta, sotto i cavi dell'alta tensione che friggono nell'aria e senza niente attorno. Un incubo giustificato solo dalla vicinanza alla fiera. Colazione da ospedale."

"Clean place, however during the heatwave my room was literally hotter then outside, I knew there was no AC but it would have been nice to have a fan or something. I slept with the wind open but the heat just stayed. The bathroom and showers were clean, same with the room"

"Everything was excellent-comfortable beds, spacious rooms and bathroom, cafeteria yummy food. Except my toilet was not flushing every time."
