"The room was spotless and really comfy. The sofa bed my boy had was really big and he loved it. The staff were friendly and accommodating and there was a wide range of good quality food for breakfast. 11am check out was the cherry on the cake"

"Air con was the main reason for booking, and I can confirm it's proper wall mounted air con which works great. Bed was comfy. We received an upgrade to a luxury double which was a lovely room. Blackout curtains, and the room was quiet despite taxis being outside. We ate out locally as they do not provide food. We had Wetherspoons and the Tesco cafe for breakfast, and tried Burger Boyz for dinner one evening, excellent burgers! Hotel is central to everything and made a nice change from a Premier Inn which we usually rely on. Would recommend."

"I like the room was clean /airy and fresh . Central position to use the cafe and bars of Neath . Negative ,they did try and charge me the second time but did sort it out … Local Parking is available at extra cost ."
