"The property is a lovely, large, old, solid, well-maintained home with pleasant outdoor seating. First and foremost, the staff (owner and “team”) are very pleasant, helpful, friendly! We were making an outing by boat and cog-rail and Isabel was very helpful with day passes, etc. Another time, had an issue with calling a hotel and Barbara was very helpful. A very calm environment, good breakfast, location easy to access by bus, quite close to main train station."
