"Excellent service, a beautiful old building and a great location. The room was clean and quiet, even on the lake view side, which is on a busy street. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The property is a 25 minute walk along the beautiful lake path or a short bus ride from the center. Breakfast was fresh and very nice, especially the special poached egg dish. "We had a spacious two king beds in a clean, modern room, ample for four people. The location was perfect, minutes walk to the pier and train station. The staff was amazing and welcoming. Everything about this hotel was excellent and I would highly recommend it for a trip to Lucerne."

We had dinner at the restaurant and I can confirm it's was truly delicious and staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is a typical old swiss chalet with loads of character and it was comfortable, not 5 star but it met out every needs"
