"Great location, staff, amenities"

"Beautiful hotel, very comfortable room and quiet neighborhood which I loved. Excellent location, the train station is only a 5 minute walk away, the hotel provides toiletries and tea and coffee. were amazing and the staff superb. Will definitely stay here again for sure whenever I visit Tokyo. Definitely a 5 + star hotel "

"Great location to visit Tokyo, close to Shinjuku station. you can visit Shinjuku area by foot: Gyoen Parc, Shinjuku crossing, 3D cat, Gozilla, Omoide Yokocho (Memory Lane) and many restaurants! Great staff. Amazing breakfast. We would come back anytime.."

"The room is small, but functional. Convenient location to many shops and stores. Starbucks is right below the hotel. The view from the hotel is excellent. The offers great view of the entire city of Tokyo. The property is clean and well maintained. The paid breakfast has excellent selections. The only drawback is that it is 30 minutes car ride away from Tokyo Station. "

"The room was extremely clean. The rooms and restrooms smelled and looked clean. The beds are pretty comfortable (SERTA MATTRESSES). The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful with the suitcase delivery service to our next hotel. The in room washer/dryer was extremely useful and quiet. "

"Its location is really good, very close (2-3mins walk) to the middle of all the actions in Shinjuku but not too noisy or crowded around the hotel. Convenience store (Lawson) was just 1-2 min away. The room was small but had enough space to store 2 big luggages and we can open and close them easily. Really like the slippers provided! Bathroom was nice, too! Didn’t try breakfast or laundry but witnessed that the laundry room was always busy. Free water refilling and free ice at the...

"The room was clean and had a lot of amenities, however it was missing a USB plug for charging your phone. The staff was not very friendly and there would be 4-5 of them behind the desk and would never ask if they could help you. I stood I front while they all talked to each other for about 5 min before I had to interrupt them. Also, the elevators are incredibly slow so plan for that. Wish they had certain elevators for different series of floors. "
