"Staff was excellent…… warm and friendly!!!"

"Wenn man ein Hotel in der Nähe des Flughafens Korfu braucht, ist diese Unterkunft sicher ein Top Tipp. 500 Meter zu Fuß und man ist da. Aber als Dauerlõsung kommt es für mich nicht in Frage. Zimmer und Frühstück sind absolut in Ordnung. Personal hilfsbereit und freundlich. Viele Leihwagen Anbieter in der unmittelbaren Umgebung. "The hotel was great for the price and distance to airport. The restaurant staff were not as pleasant as the local restaurants and not clear on what’s included . But overall fantastic night stay, great size rooms and pool was perfect temp on a super hot day"

"Lovely hotel with big bedrooms and excellent pool area. Staff on reception not very welcoming or informative. Restaurant had excellent food but lots of mistakes with orders and charging. Mistakes were put down to new staff who didn’t understand. One lady was actually given a dinner and then later told she had eaten somebody else’s meal. Faulty Towers sprung to mind. Every time you ordered a drink with your meal you had to stop and pay as it came from the bar downstairs!!! Must clarify that...

"Abbiamo trascorso una settimana meravigliosa di puro relax. Il nostro bungalow vista mare era davvero molto bello, comodo e perfetto per godersi la vacanza in tranquillità. La colazione è stata fantastica, con tanta scelta e ottima qualità, e anche durante il soggiorno abbiamo sempre mangiato molto bene. "This is a lovely hotel run by a fantastic team who go above and beyond to make your stay very special. The rooms are spacious and exceptionally clean. Our room had a balcony with a beautiful sea view across to the mainland. Breakfast was lovely with a great choice of freshly prepared food and drink. We had a hire car, but there are bus stops outside the hotel, taking you to Corfu town or down the coast to Benitses for a good range of restaurants. This is a great hotel with a level of service...

"Very nice hotel nicest one I've ever stayed in. Definitely go all inclusive. The food was great. Good variety. It's nice to have two swimming pools. One more chilled than the other. Rooms very clean and modern bus stop right outside. Couldn't recommend enough. One negative comment. The spa sauna should be included after a treatment. It was very expensive for only half an hour so we didn't do it."

We were staying here for 7 nights and realized it's not possible to stay here after 4 nights and requested a refund for the last 2 days given the following reasons with evidence. But the gentleman at the reception said to allow the cleaning team to come in, which we were already doing, which had no relevance. 1. Air conditioning close to not functioning and limited to 23 degrees as the minimum while being around 15/20 years old....
