"The front office staff ( Harpreet & Michael) were very curtious, prompt and customer focused. The Restaurant staff (Sandesh & Sandeep) were very friendly and welcoming. Some suggestions for improvement at the property. Outside Window shutters rattled all night long and need to be better secured Ensure there is hot water in the shower at all times which was lacking. No complimentary shuttle to the port for pickup nor drop off . Door to the bathroom/shower did not lock in the master bedroom"

"Skønt lejlighedshotel! Jeg har aldrig oplevet noget sted der blev så grundigt gjort rent hver eneste dag. Man er kun 5-6 lejligheder der deler poolen, hvilket betyder at vi det meste af tiden havde poolen helt for os selv. Personalet var så søde, at man følte sig som en del af deres familie. "The Cave rooms (we were in Cave 1) are so unique, well organized & right in the middle of everything in Oia. The view was wonderful & we had plenty of outdoor space (there were steps to sit on to overlook the setting sun & a table with chairs for 7-8 outdoors. "Our stay at Notos Therme Hotel was a mix of unexpected challenges and genuinely warm hospitality. What took us by surprise on arrival were the major building works taking place in the harbour directly below the hotel. The noise, dust, and general disruption were unavoidable each morning, and additional works at a neighbouring property added to the disturbance. We hadn’t been advised of any of this beforehand, which was disappointing and set the wrong tone at the start of the trip. That said,...

"This is a great little place within walking distance to many shops and restaurants as well as a small local produce store. Manos, who seemed to be the head of staff was fantastic reflecting genuine hospitality guiding you through the place and knowledgable to any questions I had. Happy to recommend. Adding a moto or car to your stay is definitely worth it."
