"Nice hotel, well maintained despite dated rooms. Understand it's all inclusive if you have that option but charging extortionate prices to push people into going all-inclusive (15 EUR for all mixed drinks) is a bit much. Felt like the complimentary bottle of wine was lacklustre and a bit cheap for it was as it was only a half bottle with served with two walnuts and some peanuts. Same with the hotel only leaving a generic Birthday card in the room was really minimal effort that it may as well...

"I can't recommend this property enough, from start to finish the whole experience was excellent, modern, immaculately clean, and THE most incredibly warm and helpful staff, a special mention to Emma who worked so hard to make sure every guest was looked after and comfortable with a beaming smile and brilliant craic. Walking distance to everything you would want, a 10 to 15 minute walk to Malia centre, I recommend turning right and right again from the hotel down to Malia Port and Potamos beach...

"Not all rooms are beach-facing, as some rooms are in the semi-basement and some are facing the parking. No Condiments (coffee/Tea sachets/milk) in the room. Beach towels can be exchanged only on alternate days.
Breakfast spread is good, but every single dish repeats every day. Good proximity to the central strip and safe to head back at night. Lovely beach, great for sunset and free beds included.
Overall, an average place. Probably a no-frills budget hotel."

"Abbiamo trascorso tre splendide settimane in questo hotel e non potevamo desiderare un soggiorno migliore. Le camere sono ampie, luminose, confortevoli e sempre impeccabilmente pulite.
Un elogio speciale va a tutto lo staff, sempre gentile, sorridente e disponibile.
