"The staff were exceptionally kind and welcoming. The hotel is beautiful. Our private onsen was something out of a movie. And it’s a superb place for kids — many fun little treats everywhere. Very much recommend. However, if your kid is an adventurous eater, make sure they do not serve them the kids meal Kaiseki. It is definitely subpar fast food level. Pre-order the adult version because you can’t change on the spot."

"Great stay for a family of four with kids 4 & 6. A calm, relaxing property with friendly staff and tasty Japanese food options we all enjoyed. Kids loved the Onsen bath in the room & wearing katana to dinner. Shuttle bus service was brilliant. I’d recommend taking some small activities to dinner for the kids as it can be a 2hr sitting. "

"La propiedad está bien por el precio.
Aspectos positivos: Hacer el Check-In es sencillo, es muy cercano a la estación del tren cercana al templo principal (pero esto no significa que haya ruido exterior), el personal provee más de lo necesario para tener una estancia agradable.
Aspectos negativos:
1) Si bien las habitaciones cuentan con un pasador con llave, me parece que es solo cuestión que un huésped realmente quiera entrar a otra habitación para poder hacerlo. Los cerrojos no parecen...

"La ubicacion es perfecta, el personal muy amable, la propiedad limpia. Sin embargo, no hubo instrucciones cuando llegue, el lugar se ve viejo y eso lo hace ver deprimente. Puede que otras personas les acomode, pero no tengan espectativas de pensar que el lugar es bonito."
