"We got to the hotel and there was no one at the réception to Check is in. We had to wait a bit before someone came to take care of us. There was no cold water in the sink faucet nor the shower. It is summer and no one uses hot water only. Terrible experience to shower with boiling water when the temperature outside is about 30 to 35 Celsius."

"I grew up in Fes. I know traditional. This is traditional/modern. I like the vibe. It’s not “stenciled” over a normal wall. This is true craftsmanship everywhere. The house can be quiet and one feels awkward speaking out loud. But truly amazing. The shades close and darken the room which was amazing for my jet lag when I needed dark. "The Riad was clean, warm and welcoming. In the old madina District via small alleys. The staff were courteous,respectful and could not do enough for you. Reduane was extremely accommodating. Even walked us to a nearby restaurant we struggled to find on google maps (you have to knock a closed unsigned door to gain aceess) . Nothing was a chore and he was an absolute gentleman throughout our stay5 🌟 treatment. Thank you once again for being amazing."

The room had a very stylish and contemporary atmosphere, and we appreciated the thoughtful welcome gifts as well.
