"Overall we enjoyed our stay in Fes. The riad makes a great first impression—the courtyard is beautiful, and the rooftop has great views and is a really nice spot for breakfast. Our room on the main level wasn’t ideal. "Very disappointing experience at Zephyr Ifrane. We stayed one week in a two bedroom suite with our family and the apartment was completely invaded by ants everywhere: kitchen, bathroom, living room and even the beds, which made it impossible to sleep. A chemical treatment was applied once but the ants returned the next day even worse. Housekeeping was almost nonexistent. Thankfully, Yusuf at reception was incredibly reassuring. He saw I was panicking and told me to take the night to process everything, and he checked in on me. "The room and bathroom did not look like the pictures at all, but the amazing staff made up for that. They were so kind, helpful, and friendly. They made sure we knew where we were going, set up taxis for us, and made sure we had everything we needed. The breakfast was also delicious and the best one we had in Morocco. "

The staff is amazing, the location convenient, the setting exquisite, the rooms luxurious, the food delicious. We felt very well taken care of and the entire staff was extremely attentive.
