We loved our stay at this road. Finding it and getting there inside the bazar was not easy but we found helpful folks and once connected it was awesome. Great service, really nice breakfast and a beautiful room at the very top with its own lanai. Lots of stairs. :)

Lovely property, one breakfast service hiccup Riad Zamane itself is lovely — great location, a spacious room and bathroom, and a private terrace that was a real plus. There's also a second terrace with some genuinely lovely views over the city. Most of the staff were excellent throughout our stay. One thing that stood out negatively: during breakfast, the 2-seater tables were quite congested, so we moved to an open 4-seater table in the corner — another couple was already seated at a separate 4-seater table at the time. A staff member asked us to move elsewhere, and when we pointed out the other table in use, he still asked us to move as this was his personal preference. It felt inconsistent and left us a little frustrated, especially during an otherwise relaxed breakfast. Everything else about the stay — the property, location, room, and terraces — was genuinely good, and the rest of the staff were a pleasure.

Great location in the heart of Fez! Tahir was so helpful and kind. Breakfast was nice as well and the Riad is VERY cute! If we are ever back in Fez, we will definitely stay here again.

Amazing Place

Service was amazing! Rooms are very nice, spacious and comfortable. Very safe well located within the Medina, next to the Batah Gate and near the famous Blue Gate. The hosts are very attentive to your needs and very accomodating and helpful to make your stay memorable.

By far the best riad I've been to in Morocco and also one of the best places I've stayed in overall. The rooms are stylish and comfortable, the location is great, but most outstanding is the hospitality. The two guys at the reception are incredibly kind and helpful. Also, the dinner was very good.

This is a beautiful Riad. Our rooms were spacious and comfortable and absolutely beautiful. We loved the Moroccan breakfast which included a homemade sweet potato spread that was delicious with bread. Highly recommend staying here when in Fes.

it was a very nice Riad, in the heart of Medina. They welcomed us with a pleasant mint tea. All details are beautiful, and service is very good. Rooms are nicely decorated and clean. Breakfast was nice, with the Morrocon classics, egg, and fresh fruit juice. We highly recommend!

Riad was very beautifully decorated and staff was extremely polite and friendly. We had small issue not able to wash our clothes, but staff took us to a local laundry mart 2 mins away from riad and we got our clothes washed and dried in less than two hours. Breakfast is fast and fresh, suggest to have eggs or omelettes for hot breakfast option. Room was spacious and clean, area is very quiet, as long as other guests inside riad is not having a party, you will have a good night sleep for sure. We enjoyed our stay there and thank you very much!

This Riad in Fes was beautifully presented and maintained. It had the authentic Moroccan ambiance with beautiful furnishings and details as shown in the site. Both Tahir and Hamza were very welcoming and helpful to see to all our needs and questions. The beds were very comfortable and bathroom was clean and modern. The hamman and massage experience was very private and amazing. We were treated to lovely breakfasts with an lively cook, Fatima, it felt like we were in a warm and friendly home. The only issue was getting to the Riad from the main road-access is limited as we needed to carry or roll all our luggage for quite a while. Other than that, it was a lovely stay.

Very nice, some problems with room availability

Lovely riad, great service and nice location. When we arrived they didn't have a room available as it had been double booked. They hadn't sent us any message about this. We were asked to stay at another hotel down the road, in a room which wasn't as nice in a hotel which wasn't as nice. Apart from that, once we did get into the room we reserved it was lovely.

This was a great riad to stay at during our time in Fes. Zaca and Fatima were great staff who we could always rely on to accomodate our needs. The first night was a bit rocky because the water wouldn't get hot for quite some time and the heater in the room took time to warm up as well. Having said that, we used the hammam and the massage at this riad and we loved it. Fatima was great at the hammam and the spa. This Riad is a short 50m walk from the main road and you can park very closely incase you have a car, as we did on our first night. Breakfast is great in the mornings here as well. Would highly reccomend this riad to anyone who is planning on spending some time in Fes. The walk to old medina is about 15 minutes but not bad at all and you see a lot of cool artisan shops on the way.
