"We couldnt stay at the hotel. After each use they cleaning staff sparys something into the room, my wife has a strong nose, we checked out 2 rooms, and she could not stay there because of the smell. They credited the room because we couldnt stay which was nice of them."

"My wife and I came for her birthday. We’ve always wanted to try a B&B and this was our first one. The staff were beyond wonderful. The food and the atmosphere were fantastic. The property is so clean and comfortable so it was really easy to relax. We were in The Jane on the third floor and thankfully they have an elevator as I am recovering from an injury and stairs are very difficult for me. I enjoyed the room and it was clean with a very comfortable bed that we really enjoyed relaxing in....

"Hello! Check in went well. Unfortunately I wasn't aware of a construction that's going on in a hotel at the time if booking and sounds like there is going to be no breakfast due to that. When I booked this hotel, that was one of the main reasons I chose to stay here. The room is nice and neat, I wish I was aware of breakfast situation when I was booking through Expedia. Liubov."

"The property was nice and so was the staff. I had two issues. 1 was on a chilly night we turned on the heating system and it smelled old. The second was we had 1 roach in our room. Granted I know we were in a southern state but I haven’t seen these things since growing up in the inner cities as a child."

"If you want an affordable boutique getaway I highly recommend this. Location was walkable to shops and the beach. Bed was comfortable, room temp was cool. Our room had water view. Restaurant was waterfront with 20% off with stay. Food was great. Rooms were adorable. It’s an antique vibe. Free parking and breakfast were big plus. Disappointed that The Spa pool and waterfall were not available to hotel guests without spa service."

Obviously I knew going in that the bar should be set pretty low because it is a Motel 6–but this place seriously needs to be checked out by the health department. Multiple cockroaches in our room, stains on our bed sheets, flies buzzing around our lights, floors so dirty you can’t walk from the bathroom to the bed without your feet turning black, mold on mini fridge, and our door doesn’t even close all the way. "Agree with the other reviews about the Fabuloso smell. It leaves a film on the floor, so I don't recommend walking barefoot around the room. The room was nice with newer furniture, cooktop, microwave and small fridge but the walls, trim, doors, etc. were definitely in need of being modernized. There was no artwork, decor to speak of.
