"When I arrived at the hotel by cab I expected that a bellhop would appear to carry my luggage in. I did not see the button and sign that said to press to request help during overnight hours (it was 7 pm) I think you need to make the sign more prominent and have it state that one will need to press the button for help at any hour. I do recognize now that you are more of a motor hotel and most people arrive in their own vehicles but I think you need to realize that everyone does not arrive that...

"Friendly, courteous staff. Very clean rooms. Had an issue with the remote for TV. Brought a new one within 10 minutes."

"Verry loud in the room. Did'nt sleep well at all.you hear everything between the wall... Room are clean, comfy, love the pool, sona and spa. Breakfast are simple. No bacon. Scramble eggs, sausage. Bread/bagel/ yogurt."

"Broken lamp and unuseable shower made it a challenge. The fan in the bathroom and the motor in the fridge were loud and a challenge to a good stay. The place was shabby and no wastebasket in the bathroom. THE BEDS WERE GrEAT, the best part and made sleep possible. A sign told us to leave the key deposited in a box by the office but a chain and padlock were around it. We were lucky to have a back room away from the road traffic."

"Rooms were a little aged. TV system was terrible. Breakfast buffet was mediocre. Parking lot was under renovation. Small elevator was shared by tenants and staff. Not the standard I'm used to at a Holiday Inn Express."

"Not our first stay here, it is our preferred stop on our way to NS. Friendly staff, clean room, comfortable bed. Check-in and out were quick and easy. Lovely bar and beautiful grounds. We’ll be back and would definitely recommend!"
