ベットルームの有る部屋でしたが、一つ目は、トイレの便座が冷たい、そして洗浄トイレでない今時高速道路のSAでも洗浄便座になっています。（暖かい） 温泉は入浴しましたがあまり温泉館感を感じませんでした。翌朝室内のユニュトバスに入ろうとしたらなかなかお湯が出なく困りました。

webで予約してペット同伴のコメントを入れたところ、翌日直ぐにメール返信とお電話をくださり、丁寧に対応していただき安心して現地に向かうことが出来ました。 家族8名で宿泊したところ食事は広いお部屋を用意していただき、一家団欒ゆっくり食事が出来ました。お食事も美味しかったです。 スタッフのおもてなしも良かったです。 和室は綺麗にお掃除されていましたが、洋室のベッドの下にかなりホコリがたまっていたそうです。 全般的に良かったです

バイキングじゃない方がお料理は旨い

雪が積る寒い中でしたが、ホテル内は暖かく、スタッフさんも感じの良い方達でした。特に配膳して下さったおばちゃま達には癒されました。夕食も朝食もとっても美味しくて、白米はおかず要らない位美味しかった。 温泉は、露天風呂と屋内で1種類ずつだけど、とっても温まりました。 また、行きたいホテルでした。

とても良かったです。

素泊まりでの3泊で利用させて頂きました。 近場にコンビニもあるし、お食事処もあったので不便はありませんでした。 和室の部屋でゆっくり出来て子供達も満足の様子でした。 コロナの予防作として大浴場も人数制限されていて、私達の入る時には貸し切り状態で優雅に入らせて頂きました。

予想のプリンスとは違ったけど楽しかったです。

プリンス系と思い期待して予約しました。夕方、会津から車で走ってもなかなか辿り着かずに焦りました。ホテルはどこかの観光ホテルを買い上げた感じの純和風でした。 スタッフ(中居)さんは親切なおばあちゃんでした。 あまりに想像と違いショックでしたが、温泉は良かったです。 フロントで起き上がりこぼしの体験が出来たのが嬉しかったです。

Nice stay

The staff is very nice and helpful. The hotel is old but very clean. The onsen is awesome. The price is rather expensive, however we were given coupons at check out that could be used in restaurants and souvenir shops in Fukushima-ken ; so finally price was ok.

団体客の少なそうなところを選び正解でした。民宿値段で泊まれる宿でそこそこのお料理を出していただき申し訳ないくらいでした。ご馳走を期待される方はオプション付きのコースがよろしいかも。豊富な湯量でお風呂も人が少なくゆったりと入れました。日曜の夜だからだったのかもしれませんが。 あちこちのホテルを利用していますが食べ残すことが多くて品数が多すぎて困ります。（６０代です）美味しいものが少しだけあればいいのにといつも思います。 会津なまりの仲居さんとのやり取りが楽しかったです。お世話になりました。
