"Simply stunning. This was our favourite place to stay during our three weeks in Japan. We stayed in some incredible accommodation but Petals, by far, was the best. We loved the location, coming back to a serene area on the waterfront, away from the bustle of central Tokyo, but conveniently close to public transport; the JR Yamanote line and monorail to and from Haneda airport. "Room is small but mighty. The location is a living area so it’s basically quiet all the time. Hotel is not that far from the train station. It fulfilled everything we need for our Tokyo trip. But most hotels still manage to clean up and tidy a guest’s belonging while maintaining a professional attitude and sense of security. "The Westin hotel in Tokyo was a lovely and clean hotel. We stayed in the room 618 and we were lucky to have the view of Mount Fuji on a clear day. The only negative comment from my side is that breakfast is very limited for westerners and every day is the same choice. Staff were very helpful, professional and friendly."

"The front desk staff member we dealt with was very rude. One of the key cards didn’t work and it took going up and down 5 times to finally get the right one. One member of our party wanted to leave a bag in our room until they checked into their own hotel. They were told they were not allowed in the elevator. Very disappointed with the customer service. Other hotels were much more friendly and eager to help in any way."
