"Wonderful property"

"The staff are very warm and helpful. The rooms are clean. It is a peaceful place."

"I loved the place. Thanks to the staff; Dina, Adeline, the Chef and everyone else. Thank you for making my stay beautiful. I loved the meals as well. I will come back. Highly recommended."

"Ms.Asumta was very friendly and helped me with the formalities. The chief waiter and his team were carrying all the time and presented a wonderful Tilapia for dinner. Don't trust some bad reviews about this place, now they are under new management "

"Excellent location close to the soccer arena was able to catch a game. The restaurant and food is delicious. The staff took great care of me."

"This hotel is a bit dated and could use a remodel. We overall enjoyed the stay since we weren't in the room as much. The thermostat was set to 20 degrees Celsius so if you need to sleep cooler that wasn't an option. "The pictures are misleading and the hotel is not as nice as it seems. The cleaning and care of the room was poor. Had to ask each day for things that were forgotten, missing soap, toilet paper, etc.. Staff was not very accommodating when I expressed disappointment. Denit Machines rarely work, so bring cash."

"Amazing place with excellent customer service. The staff were always polite, responsive, and quick to help with anything I needed. They fixed the phone in my room, helped unlock my safe after I forgot the password 😅, and were consistently helpful throughout my stay. The hotel is very clean, and I especially loved the unique setup of the pool and poolside area—it has a really nice atmosphere. I would definitely recommend Kim Hotel and would happily stay here again."
