"Habitación medio limpia, personal le falta amabilidad y atención la habitación 205 empezó a gotear desde el foco del baño y se escuchaba que era cuando le jalaban al baño de arriba cuando goteaba lo que lo mas seguro es que era agua sucia. Se lo comuniqué a recepción y solo me dijeron “ enviaremos a alguien”. Yo esperaba cambio de habitación pero no sucedió Salimos y al regresar pregunté si habían enviado a alguien a solucionar la gotera, como habían hecho cambio de turno en recepción era otra...

"It was as perfect as it can be for a hotel. Breakfast was great. Pool was clean. Rooms had AC. Showers were spacious. Overall, great experience. Have booked here previously and will continue to book here for upcoming trips."

"This is a new property and it had a few tweaks that were needed. However, it did not interfere with my stay. Allow me to give kudos to the staff. The GM Darren, manager Juanita, and the crew Deana and Dana were amazing. Any issue was easily addressed. They made you feel comfortable, and their customer service felt like having a friend in the hotel business. The bed is cozy, and the decor is modern and simple. The hotel is located directly at restaurant and bar areas. Easily walkable to cafes...

"The floor in the room wasn't clean. The dresser drawers were partly usable. The bottom drawer bottom was completely gone. Air conditioning was fine. The bed was ok. The second night is when I saw the bugs and flies.The TV was hard to figure out so I didn't watch anything. The refrigerator freezer was full of ice which really needed cleaning. This is the first place where I had to stand outside of the office area to check in. One tiny opening in the wall to speak to the attendant. I tolerated...

"We loved our room, it felt like a mini apartment. Had a full kitchen, stove, microwave, big fridge. They bad mini dish soap and a brand new sponge available if we needed it. They had kitchen supplies, pots, pans, silverware. We loved how spacious it was. Definitely would be back!"

We enjoyed the pool & sauna and we're pleased that they weren't overloaded with chlorine. The only down side we experienced was the depressing lobby music. Need something a little more upbeat.
