"The hotel was nice and family friendly with the beach area but there was no pool. With little ones that prefer the pool to the beach this was a huge disappointment. The staff is friendly and the breakfast is very good ! I would like more vegan options like vegan yogurt and almond milk, but overall it was a nice stay. I was a little ticked that we had to pay for parking bcuz that should be included in the hotel rate. "

"Not elderly or handicap friendly. Ridiculous to finally get parked and checked in and then be told one of us had to make long trip back to car to put parking pass on dash. Only three handicap spaces and never once saw them available. "

"The room was very clean. The breakfast area was large and comfortable with multiple areas to eat. This same area could be used throughout the day to read or work on a laptop. "

"The hotel was in a good location. Seemed centrally located. Little things in the room that could be touched up. The staff was wonderful! The 2 ladies who oversaw the breakfast were extremely helpful and attentive! This definitely was the first time at a non-five star hotel I have ever been checked on to see if I needed anything. Everyone from reception to breakfast staff was 5-star!"

"The Staff and manager at the time were great, with the exception of one desk clerk ! I had arrived an hour early and asked about the possibilty of an eary check in. She said she would look into it, when i asked again 30 minutes later she said her radio was off the whole time ! No apology and more negative attitude. Otherwise the young man that was manager was outstanding !"

"The hotel was very clean but they didn’t have enough staff and the fire alarms were going off in the middle of the night and no security. People were screaming in the pool at 2:30 in the morning when the pool was closed at 10 pm and phones were not working in the rooms "

"The ice machine on our floor, closest to our room was broken and evidently for some time. Pool was nice but a little on cool side for a heated pool. Breakfast, evening drinks and snacks were great. Bartender was great at giving advice on some great hangout places. "

"The place was cool-looking and clean. Tons of long black hairs in the shower which implies that it hadn’t been properly cleaned, but overall the place was great. "

"Didn’t use pool. Staff wasn’t overly helpful or friendly when we asked for help with tv. Bed mattress had bad slump in the side closest to door where if single person stayed in room they’d sleep in that side and cause over use divet in mattress. Pillows were not comfortable. "
