"Really amazing staff,i got the 12th floor good side view of the clock tower. Only 10minutes walk to the Haram, but not for the faint of heart. Alot of inclines and declines, be carefull with the traffic walking on the bridge infront of the hotel. Please get their breakfast package, didnt try their lunch or dinners. Cabs charge alot, i would suggest cross the bridge to the other side and get a cab,10 riyal or else 25riyal."

"Nous avons passé 2 nuits, tout s'est très bien passé, la propreté, la localisation, le bus gratuit a 10 min de la mosquée sacrée, le mall en dessous de l'hôtel et le rapport qualité prix. Je recommande vraiment, a l'accueil le personnel était super gentil et polis c'était agréable."

"We stayed at this hotel while we performed our Umrah from 4th til 9th April. It is a lovely hotel: the rooms are spacious and clean, the service was efficient, the breakfast was delicious and plenty of different dishes to choose from. The buggy and shuttle service from and to the haram shareef are very convenient. The staff are friendly and very helpful especially Abu Tayab.
