"I had a really good stay here overall! When I first arrived to check in, the front‑desk lady wasn’t the friendliest and didn’t offer much information or suggestions. I arrived earlier than the normal check‑in time, and even though I had requested early check‑in, the room wasn’t ready — which I completely understood. The issue wasn’t the wait, it was her attitude and lack of communication, which wasn’t very inviting. After that, everything went much better. My toilet wasn’t flushing properly and the sink wasn’t draining, but as soon as I called the front desk, maintenance came right away and took care of it with no problem. I must say the shower isn't always hot. The rest of the staff truly made the stay shine. The lady and gentleman working the pool bar were extremely attentive, friendly, and helpful — they both provided great service. The bartenders in the lounge area were also very nice and welcoming. My room was clean, comfortable, and perfect for relaxing. And the location? Amazing. Just steps from most events in Ybor and super close to the free trolley, which made getting around so easy. Even with the check‑in hiccup, I would definitely stay here again and recommend it"

"Overall the property was great! The only dislike was the pressure of the shower head. It was pretty weak. The other desirable feature would’ve been a hot tub. Other than that the rooms were clean, staff was great, and breakfast was hot!"

"Nice new hotel. The rooms were a large, including the bathroom which is one of the best I have seen. The large exercise room was excellent and had free weights and several kettlebells, a cable machine, 2 peleton bikes, 2 treadmills and one elliptical machine. "

"The Mint House was exceptional! Above my expectations. Virtual check in was flawless. I loved having a full kitchen and laundry. It is about a 8-10 minute walk to the conference center where I was attending meetings. I eventually started using a scooter bike and appreciated that there was a parking spot right out side the hotel! Pool was small but perfect for relaxing and had a lit of shaded area if you wanted to avoid the sun. I will look to book with kasa properties in the future! "
