"Everything was wonderful. Could not ask for a better place to stay. Loved the huge shower. Felt very comfortable."

"The entire hotel is dirty, old and rundown from the entrance, to the elevators, to the hallways, to the actual rooms themselves. As soon as we got off the elevator, the smell of mildew is inescapable, and it only gets worse when you get inside of your room. Our bed had nasty wet stains all over, stains on the pillows, hair all over the toilets. We did not stay for more than 20 minutes before gathering our things to leave."

"This was by far the best hotel I have stayed at in my memory. Staff fantastic, room great, and we arrived after 5pm to check in and they have a little free buffet with 3 free alcoholic drinks per adult, food was outstanding. Then came the free breakfast in the morning another surprise how many choices and everything was perfect. Couldn't recommend this hotel enough. Will actually try to find one to stay on my next trip"

"The room 314 we were assigned to was infested with roaches. We complained and showed proof both with pictures and videos and were assigned room 324. We opened the door and flipped the light switch on and it was like roachville in there. We immediately went back to the front office and asked to speak to the manager and Lana the receptionist said the manager wouldn’t be in until that following Tuesday. Will be going to speak to the manager tomorrow to get my full refund! DO NOT stay here unless...

"Being a corporate hotel we thought it would be maintain better than it was. We saw and killed quite a few roaches. The night staff was not nearly as pleasant as the day staff."

"Clean hotel which was appreciated. Nice lobby. Dated rooms that are poorly redecorated. Smelled like pot. Cracked sink, holes in bathroom walls from previous decor, and a hole in the carpet in our room. Pool had a hairball floating in it. Fine for a quick overnight, but not a vacation hotel. Luckily we were there for a quick stay."

"This was my first time staying here, and I found the shower curtain dirty, a cockroach, and the room wasn't very clean. The refrigerator and microwave were clean. The stove needs repair; it would be nice if they replaced it. I think they should renovate the entire hotel because it's located in a busy area with many restaurants, a mall, a movie theater, and the area is very nice. If they fix it up, they would have more customers. Thank you for your attention to this."

"Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing. The hotel was undergoing construction, which created a lot of dust, noise, and general disruption throughout the property. The elevator was also not working at times, making it difficult and uncomfortable to navigate the building. These conditions significantly affected our experience, and we do not feel the hotel should have been operating normally without clearly informing guests beforehand. We would not stay here again under these circumstances."
