"Stay away from this property, had to wait outside this hotel holding bags for more than 20mins because their lobby is closed off, front desk agent didn't welcome us only words she said was ID and sign here, not welcoming at all no directions to the elevators, elevator was extremely dirty, the room was not well prepared, the shower/tub area had a few hairs, only had 2 towels to use, very disappointed in this place"

"The lights didn’t work in our room #230. There weren't any working lights in the bathroom. We got in late the first night so we used our phones to use the bathroom. The next morning we informed the front desk and let them know that we would need the lights to take a shower. We returned hours later and the lights still weren’t working. "

"The good- staff very friendly , hotel was clean , pool area clean and not at all busy. Close to shopping and arenas. The bad- no hot water for showers the first morning, mattress was not comfortable, parking was ok if you got there early and didn't need to leave . If you got there late, parking was slim picking to none . "

The water temperature in the shower would suddenly change to very cold then go immediately to scalding hot then regulate to the original temp then start the cycle all over again. We did get a letter stuck to our door saying they were having some work done on our final day between 10am-8pm with recommendations to shower before 10am otherwise if you were scalded, that was not their fault.
