"The room was OK, the elevator on my side of the hotel was not working, so I had to walk a really long way and go up to the 5th floor and walk down to the 4th to my room. Also, there was no toilet paper in my room and I had to request it. Then there was no body wash and I had to call 4 times to get a refill. "There was no hot water, 2 broilers broke while we were there. Had no idea you had to pay another $100 for parking (I only stayed 2 nights) breakfast was fresh and staff was nice. "

"The pool and lazy river were great, we played basketball and ping pong, hung out at the outdoor benches in front of our room and ate at their fantastic restaurant with Gigi as our waitress! The food was delicious and service was impeccable! Loved everything and would definitely stay here again!"
