Front office team was really bad, knowledge and communication did not appear, they could not even answer simple questions, can’t fix their own mistakes. They were not trained at all. Restaurant team looked tired of certain demographic of quests, who are demanding and rude to the staff, but once they get to know you staff was really nice. "Das Personal war super nett,vor allem der Inhaber,sowie seine russische Angestellte. Wir waren nur zur Durchreise für eine Nacht. Wir sind Motorradfahrer, deswegen sind unsere Ansprüche nicht so hoch. Pool war super,nicht voll. Zur Durchreise kann ich es auff jeden Fall empfehlen."

"Bathtub was so narrow that I could not stand in it with comfort. Water temperature while taking a shower was constantly boiling and freezing every 15 seconds that I could not take a shower in my room. To have wifi in room, you should pay 2 Euro/n!!!!! To use safe in room, you should pay too. "

"The property was nice, but I was disappointed that they had no hot drinks in the family room. There was also no iron to use. When asked about iron was told that it was extra money for that at the laundry which was disappointing. Also think a spar would be good to have on site. They had a bar upstairs which you have to pay for drinks as well which no one used, which could be turned into a on site club. "
