"Friendly staff"

"Advertisement said full breakfast, there was only coffee. Called and they said they had a jacuzzi, but after getting there it was out of service for the next 2 days. Outside door entrances did not lock, people coming in off the streets all hours of the night."

"This trip was a girls night out with visiting Meijers Gardens on Saturday afternoon then dinner then an evening of playing canasta (cards). Then Saturday was going to be a shopping day in Holland. We were at the gardens til they closed then grabbed some dinner and came back to play cards. We Were told the lobby was closed at 10pm and we could NOT be in the lobby area play cards.
